Condolence: My sympathy to the family, I have known Jamie for many years. I had the privilege of meeting him through my friends and husband many years ago. He was a great person that was fun to hang around with, loved his personality. I found out when I was getting to know him that well both shared the same birthday of June 18, I was born in 77 so he was only a few years older than him.
My husband Randy Splude had the privilege of seeing Jamie grow up throughout the years before I met him. So sad to know that he will no longer be with us but, we know that God is taking good care of him in the heavens above. We love you Jamie.
Condolence: I am so sorry for the loss of your son Jamie. I don't know you or your son but my heart breaks for you and your family. When you are ready I would like to invite you to attend a meeting of The Compassionate Friends, a support group for parents and grandparents who have lost a child. There is no grief as great as that of losing a child. Those of us at TCF have all felt the pain that you are feeling now and we find comfort in talking about our child with others who understand. We meet every second Wednesday at the D'Youville Pavilion in Lewiston from 6:00 to 8:00. Please feel free to call me at 364-8809 with questions or just to talk.
